OfflineHello, I'm trying to find some good places to look for investors that can do multi-million dollar deals. Its for a vacation rental house that is oceanfront on the beaches of NC. It's in the mid two million range but worth in the three million dollar range. And it does over $200,000 a year in rentals. My problem is that most of the investor around me are having a hard time coming up with the funds for something that big. So I'm wondering were would be some good places to look for investors that can do deals this big. And this would be a sit and hold property. Thank you for your help on this.
