Trouble finding a Real Estate agent

I am having trouble finding a real estate agent that I would like to use in doing assignment deals. This letter was similar to what Matt had but tweaked it a little...and emailed it to agents and have them call the 866 number to leave a message. To my surprise, no calls came in. Could anyone have a better way or suggestions in attracting a real estate agent? Thanks in advance. >>>Marcus

Looking For Cash Buyers

I have found a few buyers, but only a couple cash buyers. I am in the Charlotte, NC market. I have searched on craigslist and the newspaper and websites. If anyone has any more suggestions let me know. Thanks.

Letter to Home Owner

I recently discovered a house that from its appearance could be an excellent wholesale/rehabber deal. I have found the owners name and address. The owner lives in the house. Below is a copy of a letter I set to her recently and would appreciate any comments.

Dear Home Owner:

I was driving around in your area and noticed your house and was wondering if you might be interested in discussing selling your house. One of the areas we work in is buying houses that need some repair and rehabbing the property to improve its appearance and value.

Craigslist Ad Response

You should start a blog to help attract potential buyers and sellers. You may not have thought about this approach, but it’s a great free marketing method that takes just minutes a day.

A blog is like a website that you can update easily on a daily basis. A blog can be about personal, business, or both.

A couple of the more popular blog platforms are from wordpress and blogger. Wordpress.org is the most effective platform for driving traffic.

Create an Online Group to Draw Buyers, Other Investors or Sellers

Social Networking is the new wave and fade in the business world, but knowing how to use it successfully to your benefit can be a challenge for many. Anyone can create a group...yes anyone...for FREE. You can create groups on yahoo, googl,e and many other popular search engine websites. You can create a group on popular social networking sites like facebook and meet up. Why not figure out who you want to draw to your group and then go create a group name and write up a group description to attract these folks.

I guess by setting up with a service to provide me with unlimited seller leads. Now, I will take your advice and run ads to get my buyers. I had thought about calling some of those "We Buy Houses" ads, and now, I think I will. Thanks!
