If you read my post here you know I'm looking for other investors in South Jersey area, or beyond. And wow is the word, I got allot of PM's from it saying that they have buyers with cash looking to buy property. See guys you can even find your buyers here at the DG site. So here's the proposal I'm making...
The first cash buyer who puts down the $1000 deposit on the property that's required that I'm assigning it to in Vineland, NJ will get an additional bonus on their fee that I give at the closing, hopefully that will make you move even faster, let's say by tomorrow??? This applies to any investor far or near. You know that saying, put the money where your mouth is, and that's exactly what I will do for you, once your buyer is 100% confident that they will go all the way with the deal.
