Snow storms are a great time for bird doggin!!!!!!!

If you live on the East Coast than you have just been hit with the biggest snow storm that we have seen in years. This is a GREAT time to bird dog vacant houses!!

Once the streets are cleared and you can safely drive your neighborhood begin looking for houses where the snow has not been touched. No footprints, the driveway and sidewalk have not been shoveled. This is a GREAT indication that the property is vacant. If the snow around a property has not been disturbed with no evidence that anyone has walked from the door to the curb then you have come across a vacant property.

Bandit Signs

I was wondering how much luck others have had with Bandit sign marketing. I like the idea and the concept/but in my city/state its against code and cop put a damper on my bandit sign placing last nite (I was caught "in the act" and to him-I was like a Jewelry thief. I was placing signs for my Investor Partner however-so technically it was not my # directly at risk. Any thoughts out there on effective-low cost advertising? Thanks everyone

I want to Wholesale propeties but I am not getting calls from Cash Buyers in MA

I am stumped as to why my ADS on the Internet are not getting any results. I did this in 2007 and I got calls. Now NOTHING!

I am fairly adept at writing copy. I do spell checks even though I spell good.

I use Keywords in the bottom of the ADS in order to get any traffic from people using these Keywords.

Where the heck are the Cash Buyers. I do not believe that I have all of a sudden lost my writing ability. This has been going on for about a month and a half now.
