Marketing to Buyers and Sellers

Real Estate Investment Firm

PRAISE GOD!

So here's the deal,

I finally got a job yesterday working for a Real Estate Investing firm. I really desired a job in an atmosphere like this one because I feel this is a great opportunity for me to apply what I've learn here & I believe I'll learn alot from hand on experience and it will open tons of great doors for my Real Estate Investing future. I'll be training as a manager due to my previous Managerial Experience. I'm excited I start training next week. However I need more help building my buyers/investors list. The company has a great amount of inventory that is very lucrative and there looking to get rid of all of it. And there adamant about purchasing more properties. So I'm back here for more advice and help.

24/7 Message Services

My name is Kenny Hollies, and this is my first journal entry. So a big "HELLO" shout-out to the DG FAMILY. This Web site is incredible, and the DG FAMILY, with your encouragement and wisdom, is incredible. I can't believe this Site is free. I've truly enjoyed checking out this Web Site. Dean is "The Man", he truly does deliver. I'd love to be his neighbor and have the opportunity to pick his brain every day. Wouldn't that be awesome. He's pretty impressive. I look forward to meeting him someday.

NOT UNDERSTANDING THE COA NETWORK

I just got on the www.coaphonesolution.com to see about setting up the "robotic system" and found out that it sends messages to your cell phone. Does that count on your minutes that you use per mo. If the messages that you record, and the answers that people leave on the recording added up, wow! my cell phone would be hundreds of dollars per month. Does anybody know how this system works, and would you please calrify for me. Thanks

Going to REI Club tomorrow -- any advice?

Hey everyone,

Well, we're going to a REI club meeting for the first time tomorrow. Our goal while we are there is to find investors who would be willing to do assignments of contract with us for a fee. If any of my fam has any input or advice on what to say, how to present ourselves, whether to ask about assignment fees, etc., I would be eternally grateful! Thanks!

Got Philadelphia or South Jersey properties? My 1500 Buyers are STARVING HERE!!!!

If you are looking to assign a property in Philadelphia or the South Jersey area I am going to help you sell that property. I want you to be successful in 2010 so I am going to allow you to access my buyers list of over 700 Philadelphia buyers and 800 South Jersey buyers. It has taken me over a year and allot of time and energy to build this list and I want to share it with you.

If you don't have a deal locked up then I suggest you find one, this is your chance! You find the property and I will GIVE you access to my buyers, No kidding!

I will not give you my buyers list because that would go against my promise to them to never sell or give away their information. I will however send your property details to all of them in an attempt to get your property sold!

Building Your Buyers List by Networking

Although it has been said that real estate is all about location, the business of real estate investing is about marketing and networking.

Real estate investing is absolutely a networking business. It is all about your ability to move your product, or sell your deal. To do that, you have to know your target market and network with them to build your buyers list.

Question for CBR, Rina, Elena, Carole and seasoned investors

Hey guys
I get lot of private emails and PM's from board members. Here are what the majority of them want to know from me.
I give them an idea as to how I handle these situations. I would like to pass these questions on to other seasoned investors and see how YOU handle these.

1. When you contract a house how do you convince the owner to give you a key so you can show the house to potential investors to assign to?
(personally I always get a key)
