OfflineGot the check in the mail Saturday. Wrote an offering check to my church for $1100 and deposited the check this morning. $11,270 and I am still an equity partner in the deal!!!!
This was the acquisition fee from my private money partner on a major flip that we are partnering on. I am using my self directed IRA to fund part of the deal and am expecting to make 125% return on that part of the deal. Merrel/Lynch eat your heart out!! Should make another $40,000 in cash from the management part of the deal!!
REI just keeps getting better and better. Working on a three house deal from a tired landlord. Should have it under contract today. Have several buyers lined up. Will net $50,000 on this one if all goes well!
