My husband and I have been together for 27yrs. We have been landlords, Own our own business, retired from the St. of Il and my husband still works full time. We have two boys and daughter in law. Life is good, but want to do more to help others We buy houses and sell on contract, by doing this we are helping a lot of people in their midlife own a home. But need to work on the wholesale market and that is where we read and listen to many.
