I have so far created an investment group and we purchased a hold/rental property that is giving each of us $450.00 ROI a month. I am working on doing a deal outside of my state and am working on private money to do a rehab in my city, which is Denver. I am also connecting with an ie member to do a wholesale property in my area. Bandit signs will be ready to go in the ground tonight. Set my Goals and my Why, reading Totally Fullfilled with Gena on IE to help us keep working on our mindset. I am committed EDGE to EDGE!!!!

I own a property on contract and the lady has not up held the contract due to lack of funds. With the payment being over 600.00 she is not able to meet that amount every month, only half. My thought is I can put her in another home for 300.00 a month on contract and sell out right the house she is in. This will finance the new house and money in my pocket. Good deal !! or Not

I had an awesome moment yesterday when my best BFF's said Shawn, we decided instead of doing this real estate thing you should open a bar with live music in our neighborhood. My response, why would I want to work that hard, be there everyday from morning till late at night, because if your the owner you better be there or the money walks out the door. Then when I told them what I was putting in place in another state and my plans in my local area their mouths dropped open and they said "WOW, what will you do with all your spare time"!!! I said "More of the same. rinse and repeat!" That lifted me up, both in my eyes and their's! PRICELESS!
