Hi John,

Thank you so much for your message. I'm just
starting out and learning what's going to work.
I want to work only by the internet, phone and
fax around the country. I'm starting to put
a buyers list together.

Do I have to find properties in the area where
my buyers are so they can look at the properties
or will people buy properties from pictures and
information.

I'll keep you posted on my progress. I expect to
be very successful at this and be able to help
other people.
