Hi !! my name is Louie,and ive been a buy n hold real estate investor over 25 yrs. As of 2007 i had amassed over 2 million in Multi-Family properties, No money down deals from private sellers. Positive cash flow at that time was 10,000 month. wELL shortly after that the market downslided,and i was now underwater with the value of my properties,and now dealing with problem tenants. things took a turn for the worst. I sold all my 23 apt buildings,and now today i am a full time wholesaler. Thanks to Dean, i now enjoying wholesaling better then buying n holding property.

Hi how are ya? My name is Ken Spade Im an assigner/bird dog from CNY and know were alot of the best deals are around here. Im also a pretty good researcher and found an answer to your question for ya. I dont know if it will help or not but here it is: Work with a bank on this. Put money into an account that covers a loan. The loan will give you credit, and the bank will have the collateral to cover the loan. If you don't touch that money you will then have money in a savings account after the loan is paid off.
