Yes, we're definitely new to the site, but have bought all 3 books, just finished Your Town, and currently reading Profit From Real Estate... Great info! Just a little tough to put into practice, but we're gearing up to "just do it!" It's a whole new world for us, and we're trying to get brave, lol.

We're in Southern California near San Bernardino and Rancho Cucamonga, new to the area and trying to learn the lay of the land.
