This is like finding the needle in the haystack. You know how you look for something for so long and you get so frustrated cause you just can't seem to get there. You start looking at it from every angle and try different methods and then one day it just works and then fireworks go off and it's like dreaming while you're up. The first couple of days you're stunned in disbelief cause you're having a hard time believing that it actually happened. And then you're back at it. Then you're consumed and it all just sucks you in and the next thing you know you're running around like popeye at an arm wrestling competition, drooling like a baby cutting teeth and chewing on a chicken bone saying, "Ooh, there's another one. How much do you think we can get that one for.." It's soooo addicting. Enjoy this journey. Don't stress about anything. There are loop holes in place, just in case you need to jump out something and prefer not to use a window. Enjoy it all, the hunt, placing the offer, talking them down, meeting new people in the process. Enjoy the architecture the area, the scenic route on the way to your next prospective neighborhood. Enjoy it all. Take it all in and be so glad you're alive and have been blessed with this perfect oportunity to change your life.
