I want to start out putting deals together and get a finder's fee. I have heard horror stories about people not getting paid their fees. How do I guarantee that this won't happen to me?

Hi Serena,welcome to the DG family and thanks for stopping by my journal.
As far as getting paid for bird dogging,you can use a bird dog contract with your end buyers to make sure you get paid or you can wholesale the properties and they can't go around you because you will have the property under contract.
