Hey man, hows it going? I'm Andre, a fellow DGer from SoCal as well and I recently saw your comment in one of Dean's blogs. I'm in Orange County and I'm focusing my investing there, but I have a partner who lives in downtown L.A., so anything pertaining to investing over there is what I'm aware because of him.

No, I haven't gone to any REI clubs in LA. There is one club in L.A. thats mentioned in the REI clubs portion of DG.com that I wanted to go to, but its a little bit far for me and unfortunately I don't have a car at the moment. And I'm still trying to find a good one in Orange County, but in the mean time I have been doing some really great networking. Whats great for me right now is besides having a Real Estate Agent who areed to work with me, I also have access to the MLS because of him. What is your progress so far with REI? Btw, my friend and REI partner who I told you about (who attended the club with the link I gave you) lives in Central LA. His name is Bryan Imm and he also is a fellow DGer. I also have him on my FB if you want to connect with him through that as well. Hope all is going well for you and I look forward to discussing REI business with ya. Talk to you soon!
