Started becoming interested in REI in 2008 and read Dean's books and did his Success Acamademy.
I'm now official. While I couldn't seem to get started in the So.Cal. market (didn't have enough funds)
I did manage to find some great people in PA and am
investing there for now. My first flip is up for sale now and have 2 purchases in escrow. I'm determined to make this work for me and wish everyone else much success as well.

you are correct. It's in Germany. A town called Mainz.
Maybe I should use the word Haus in my business name?
The market will be on top again before I make up my mind Eye-wink
