-- Are there bedroom, sq footage, location limitations that you feel strongly about?
2. What is your timeframe for purchasing a property? Are you ready to move quickly? Would you be willing to sign a 6 month exclusive right to represent with me as your agent?
3. In terms of financing, how to you plan to fund the purchase of the properties? Are you a cash buyer or will you be using bank financing, a hard money loan, or something else? I will need to obtain a current proof of funds or prequalification letter before I can begin searching for properties for you. I would need it anyway for any offer we were to write up.
How would you respond to these qestions it appears he did not answerer any of my questions?
I'm a newbie, but two things make me say move on to another agent:
one, that he didn't answer any of your questions and blasted you with a bunch - I percieve that as disrespectful towards you,
and
two, he is asking you to sign a 6 month contract stating that you HAVE to use him for any purchase you make.
Sounds like a bully to me....

As simply as I can state this response to your question...
"NEXT!"
I would not respond to this jerk in any way. I would put his/her email address in my spam list so any further emails never reach me from that person.
I, too, agree with Simon's response. There are a million great real estate agents out there just waiting for you to call them. Go find two and make a million dollars!
