Deans Insiders Edge Seminar

Guess im the only one lol..... I just went to one tonight, but couldnt afford to buy in.

Was this the one day class and they want to sell you the 3 day class.

This was the 3 day class that came with software and funding for wholesale deals.

I have not heard of this one.

Where do you find out when these events are going on? I would love to find 1 in my area and attend 1

Your not the first DG member to tell me that. I actually got a invatation by mail and signed up. It occured last night and sounded really good.

However, I wasnt in a position to take action, but sure wishing I would have.

I spoke with someone there that purchased this material, and I will be staying in touch with them to see how it works.

Oh ok. Must be a lucky invitation!

I would try calling Dean's staff and see if you can find out.

They did say if you didnt get into program at seminar - It would cost you $6000 to join later on.

Why this program isn't here on the DG site? Shouldn't we as his students be the first ones with dibs at it?

This seminar sold 3 different packages...... 1) Wholesale & Pre Foreclosure deal finding software - Along with funding for deals for a 2% fee based on your profit a point of sale.

2) Tax Lien/Tax Deed finding software - Sorry I missed most of this presentation on phone with work.

3) Presentation was held by a company called Momentum (If I remember correctly) - This program was about how to make money over internet, such as E-Bay, drop ship type of stuff.

I hope ive helped shed a little more light on this......

Sorry I did leave something out...... I attended the sales pitch portion of this event.

If you bought into package # 1 you got the software, funding backed by them and a 3 day workshop, which is going to be held here locally on 8/20, 8/21 & 8/22/10.

How is the success academy going for you?

That sounds very peculiar. How could someone working for on Dean's crew not know about the success academy. It sounds like a clone or wanna be Dean. I wonder now, are these really Dean's events?

I have to believe the seminar I attended somehow tied in with Dean. It started out with a video message from Dean, on how we should take action right now and get into the game.

I still have a ticket from the event that was never used, and its got Dean all over it as well.

Im confused myself...... However, like I said before I made contact with a person who bought into program. I will be staying in touch with them to learn more about it.

or somone else that is a Coach can chime in on this to verify the validity?

I went to one to see what it was like. Don't quote me on this but it was something that Dean was trying with another company. I think he has pulled the plug on it. That was the last I heard.

A few weeks ago I talked to one of the coaches and they did not know for sure but they thought it was a marketing company using Dean's information on REI.

It was set up just like the Rich Dad classes.

I want to make clear I am not complaning if Dean wanted to go with this program I am just confused as why.

Everyone that wants to get into REI needs Dean's information.

Hey everyone. I just wanted to let you all know that Dean has partnered with a great company that is responsible for holding these 'Insider's EDGE' events throughout the country. This is something that we recently started this past month. We appreciate your feedback while Dean works through this. Dean wishes he could personally do live events all over the country himself. Really, he does. But the second best thing is to train and hire actual real estate investors and actual students to go out and train and educate. This is a big step for us at Dean Enterprises and we are working hard to make it as amazing as everything else we do for our loyal and faithful students. Hopefully you aren't having any bad experiences when attending.

Thank you for commenting and confirming regarding these seminars. I attended it and I thought it was informational. Looking forward to attending the 3 day seminar as soon as I can.

what about the success academy?? has anyone gone through it? do they actually walk you through the process of making deals and will they stay with you until you actually make a deal? How long will they help you out until they let stop trying to walk you through deals? Has anyone had success or feel as though it was a waste of time and money? I really think i could use the help of someone to show me the step by step process of how to go about finding deals and closing them according to my situation. Does this actually happen? I feel as though once i get helped through the first deal or two, i would feel comfortable to make my own deals. And there are just soo many different ways to go about making deals, will they help you to use the best tactics and be specific as to what is best to do? Im just very skeptical of things like this and would like some feed back from regular people that have gone through it, not that work for dean. Thanks
