Starting a New Journal (Instructions)

Click on "Member Journals" (to the right of "Home") at the top of this page (or click this link: http://www.deangraziosi.com/forum/47) and then click on the "Post New Forum Topic" button and off you go!

Remember the Title you used so you can keep going back and reply to others that have commented in your journal or to enter new entries in it. Use "My Account" to the left to see the most recent replies in forums you have participated in. You can also click on the "Track" tab inside your "My Account" page to see all forums that you have ever participated in.

Today,
I listened to the first 6-CD set of Dean's tapes.
I spoke with an out of state investor in Pennsylvania.
I researched setting up an LLC in Georgia.
I brainstormed different names for my business.
I searched CL ads for ideas and for properties.
I wrote a one-line description of my RE business.

ATRE's 30 Days to Real Estate Cash Journal

Well, everyone, I've been reading the book, and today, I spoke to my first Real Estate Agent! I don't think she is a good fit, because she had 20 years of experience, and feels the client should follow her lead, which includes not making low-ball offers.

But, I have made a concrete step towards the goals of RE cash!

My path to the future

In August 2011 I tuned into a live webinar by someone I didn't know, with no idea how I got or remember who sent the email to me about this. I was fascinated by what Dean had to say, yes it was Dean's 2 webinars in August, and excited about how my future would now change. I was also reading the chat and I believe God placed my mentor Tammy, in that stream of voices asking for an intern. She accepted me for that position and we have been laying the foundation for success. Tammy has been wonderful and besides being my mentor, she is my friend.

Hello everyone here at DG.com!

I am currently pursuing my first deal in RE. I am focusing on assignments in Miami Dade, FL. This is my third real push with RE since I ordered PNFRERN in May 2009. Life, fear, and decent income have always seemed to stop my momentum to a halt after serious progress and possibly a obstacle or two.

I am here to tell you that every time I picked up RE again and TOOK ACTION I end up repeating past success plus pushing through whatever it was that slowed me down the last time and obtaining more progress than ever.

My current progress of ACTION is as follows.

-Made a vision board of what I want from and why I am in RE
-Familiarized myself with my market

...Wholesaling Bank REO's By Land Trust...

Hello DG family,
Im doing pretty good in my progress as a new investor, i just got a list of cash buyer sent 2 me from my REA & im ready to start submitting offers.

Im pursuiting wholesale REO & FSBO deals, but im not sure how to put a REO into a Land Trust/Trustee to complete the deal. I don’t have an LLC but I believe it's a simple contract that cud be filled out. But i have no experience at a closing table yet.

Anyone wholesaling Bank property this way?
How could i accomplish this in my California market?
