As I completed the BOG and moving forward with my REI business, I received a call from the PMI about further training. I am wondering does Dean have a different Inner Circle from Yancey or is it one group put together. I am just wondering.

Trying to learn with dyslexia

I know I can do it, I just have to figure out how I can do it. If anyone else has a learning challenge, maybe we can help each other out! Could use a little encouragement.

May 27th, 2013 | posted by Rando1I had recently completed a Lease Option Deal and had a good chunk of change that was burning a hole in my pocket. I started looking at the Real Estate for Sale on EBay. I found this great looking older home that looked freshly painted and the starting bid was only $2500, I thought, wow, I can totally buy this, do repairs and have a sweet rental free and clear. The house was in Dayton Ohio. I knew the Ohio rental market might not be as strong as California but I knew I could rent this out for $400 a month easily. I am in Central California but I thought, hey, I cud hire out any work that needed to be done.
Moving Forward Inspite Of Obstacles

I am highly interested in continuing my education but I don't have the funds to do so. However, I am encouraged to try to work some deals on my own until I can get the money. I have to try something.
I am hoping that maybe I'll find someone on here that will be able to guide me through the process until I fully am able to do it on my own or be able to obtain the education, but I'm not going to quit. I believe I can do this and by God's grace I will.
I'll keep you guys informed

May 22nd, 2013 | posted by CNUNEZ2685I have found a really motivated buyer says he can provide proof of funds is all cash can close in in 8-10days...it sounds all good..called him and added him to my contacts...now I need a wholesale deal..and I'm a bit worried because it sounds too good to be true...what contracts do I need to make sure the deal goes smoothly and that I don't get screwed?...please all help is appreciated
