MAKE EVERYDAY COUNT

Joe, on Dec. 7th you mentioned this site to keep a daily journal and to be accountable. And I mentioned to you I would let you know when my first deal goes through. My partner/end buyer also and IE member saw my deal posted on the IE site called and wanted to know where and how to wire money into an escrow account. I called my EA this morning and was told the property was cancelled. But they are looking into it and will give me a call back. If I did not do the (ONE THING)today I may have found out about that a little too late. But I am hoping it is something that can be worked out. aka chRICHER

Ok, I've read some of Rina's Journal and just finished with Stacey and Joe's live chat which recommends having a journal to help us keep accountable, so here goes.
I've gone to Dean's 3 day workshop, Boots on the ground with Joe Jurak, the Buying Summit, the Inner Circle Camp, and had Rina come out for my 2 day mentoring. I have a few RE agents I'm working with. I've put offers in on 2 different properties and got one accepted but then used my escape clause to get out when I was running out of time with my inspection period.

Therefore, each day you need to be doing at least one thing to get you closer to that next deal.

As the television character Lt. Columbo always said..."Just one more thing!" That is what you should be focusing on each day with real estate. What is just one thing you can do each day to help you get closer to that next deal.

Hello DG Fam & Happy New Year to all!

I Closed on my *1st Deal Before the New Year!

Hi DG Family,

I closed on my 1st deal as a RE Investor yesterday. My goal was to do at least one deal before 2014.
I did it! Yay:))
I made at the closing table $1k, and did a promissory Note with the buyer for $1,500.
I did whatever it took to get the deal done.

This stuff works!
If you haven't done your first deal yet, *PLEASE just keep on going. I didn't know everything. But, I learned as went.

Here's to more deals in 2014 and changing lives!

Hey, guys, I know its been a while since I posted in the forums...this year on the 27th would mark the 3rd year since I began my journey on with you all on this site all because of an infomercial I wouldn't stop watching every time it came on with this little guy my fav "guru" well teacher, Dean Graziosi, Matt Larson and Mike Mangham who are all inspirations to me and helped me put into perspective of where I want to be in being a key player in actually getting deals done.

My name is Eddie and I'm new to the whole world of real estate. With that said, in the 3 months (since Oct 4th til today) that I've hit the ground running with this thing I've: (pause for suspense, get ready to feel accomplished) I've:

-Partnered with an experienced interior designer with a full rehab team
-Leveraged a business loan & line of credit to fund DG training to the MAX
-Run comps for 2 days straight (literally) to master it in a short time
-Created an LLC with veil and opened a business account (this is my first business btw)

I NEED HELP WITH MY BANDIT SIGNS

Last week I bought some bandit signs to fish out these sellers in my investing area and here is what I wrote on them

I haven't received any calls yet but I know they are coming soon. I plan on dong this for the next 8 weeks straight in the same location and be consistent. I usually place the bandit signs in the night so people can see it during rush hours in the morning and then take them off around 9am - 10am. Then I put them back around 4pm - 5 pm (during rush hours when people getting off work etc). Then on the weekends like friday night I put them again and take them off on Monday around 9am-10am.

in need of sound advice

I have just inherited a sum of money and I would like to invest $100,000 cash into flipping houses. I do not have much time on my hands being in full time ministry so I simply want to invest. I am looking for advice here and would appreciate suggestions.
