OfflineMany of you know that I have been only assigning properties since I got Dean's book a year ago. Though I have been doing well assigning properties and bringing in up to $5,000 a month. I have decided I want more!
I just signed the contracts for my first Investment property. It is a small 2 bedroom that I negotiated to 45,000, needs 10,000 rehab and I can resell the property for $110,000. That's a $55,000 profit before closing costs etc.... I will get a hard money loan to flip the property.
I am finally ready to take that step to the next level. I keep getting thoughts like what if the house don't sell etc.... I AM NOT LISTENING! I am going into this believing that I am going to do it.
I haven't felt this fear since I started assigning when my mind told me I could not do it and look I have made over $40,000 doing what I thought I could not do.
Sometimes we just have to do it AFRAID!
