Yes, I am Dom and I live in the Green Valley Area. I know of numerous friends, co-workers whose house are on short sale due to the downward economy plus the fact that some of them were laid off from their work. I know the mechanics and the strategy to use by simply applying what we have read from Dean's book. To start with is the issue here. Maybe if both of us will share ideas so much the better.
