I could put my video on a number of online venues that I am a member of, so that is great for online marketing. I have three facebook REI groups I belong to for example, and it is on utube as well as on here and my website. I have also ordered new business cards that I can put up as a photo or in the next video. I did not have my new cards either when I went to the last rei meeting, so I just put it on the online group and it is now in front of other local investors. Of course I will hand them out when I go to the next meeting. I also plan to carry the houses I have under contract on a flyer to pass out as well. Great ways to connect and market.

Great video! I noticed you didn't mention notes in your video. Working with banks are you buying and selling notes as well? And in brief. can you tell me how your experience so far has been with working with the asset managers or whom ever the contact may be at the bank or banks? As for myself and I've talked about it with Tammy from CA as well, dealing with banks can be an adventure to say the least. I just wanted to hear about your experience with them.

Kevin, I see another Irish in the house! My maiden name is similar but with an "a." Harry, I also work with Tammy, and she is the one with the most experience from the bank. I am really getting started in dealing with the bank, and no I don't do notes yet, but am looking into it.
