Hi everyone, my name is Ruby and I just recieved my 30 days to Real Estate Cash book and am soooo excited to get out there and start making things happen. Well, I finally made time to do something. It seems that it might take me 60 days....but nonetheless, I'm still gonna shoot for 30. Today, I looked up real estate agents and had two send me the information that I requested. They were very prompt and informative. They also already sent me some properties that are 50% off ARV right off the bat. I need some buyers like now. I was able to look at one of the lists and get some buyers names. I still need to look up names for a second list. Since I work the next 3 days all day, I won't be able to do anything until Monday and then, I hit the ball rolling again. Oh yea...I also got a buyer's web page completed and posted on craigslist and backpage. I think I had a really awesome and productive day. I'm doing as much as possible on my days off cuz I know I'm not able to do anything on the days I work. I'm sooo excited.....and looking forward to my PAYDAY!!

Well, it's definetly been more than 30 days...but I'm still working on it. I am writing letters to cash buyers...about 200 of them. I'm writing about 25 a day and mailing them out. Today will actually be the first day that I mail out my first letters. I ordered my yellow bandit signs. I have my websites up. I have my realtor and my title company that I will be working with. I hope to hear from some of these investors soon and hope to be one of the people announcing a deal done! I'm having total faith in God. Scared to death to talk to sellers...or mess something up..lol. But it's best to get something going until you start getting it right. My plan is to earn 5,000 dollars by March 31, 2012. it's count down. Here we go.

I am waiting to go to the seminar the subject is referring to. I use to be an investor/Landlord back in the 80's when I first heard about 'No Money Down'. Unknowing to the term at the time, I was a slum-lord. I had 15-20 houses with no equity, and no money to fix them up. I went bankrupt after about 5 years. My family and I were sick of the tenants, and never looked back.
I came across Dean's infomercial, and decided to give it another try.
I basically wanted to introduce and say hi.
