Wow I think I will keep this as my thank you log:)

Today I have to say was very challenging for me especially in keeping with Deans week two challenge. I was surrounded with all sorts of negative and distracting things. But I pushed forward.

I did not let it move me from what I was trying to accomplish today. I was able to finally get good pictures for my first property. WOOT thank you so much to my sister for letting me borrow her camera.

Also Thank you to my mother for driving me around today because I didn't have the gas to run around get the camera, then go to the property, take pics and then come home. Thank you so much mom for helping and believing in me.

Most of all thank you so much for my partner. You are truly amazing, understanding and in the same mindset as me. It is so nice to have you by my side doing this whole adventure with me. And for making me laugh in trying times.

Thank you so much for my husband for doing this with me. For clearing all the spider webs and getting rid of the creepy crawlies LOL LOL! For giving me peace of mind and encouraging me to move on and forward no matter what the obstacle.

and thank you thank you thank you to PMI for taking my calls everyday, answering my questions, being truly amazing with me and helping in every way they can. I have to say that that was and is the best investment I have ever made.

Reading your thanks is a great reminder for us to take time and say ours ...

I'm a big believer in "expressing" thanks too, and it was a pleasure to read yours.

I know that we all have those that are nay sayers. But I have to say that I am SO HAPPY AND GRATEFUL that I have some amazing people in my life who are very supportive. In keeping this as my thank you log I wanted to express my gratitude to my wonderful realtors.

I have two amazing women who go above and beyond for me.

One who personally mailed letters to 15 expired listings that I was interested in.

The other who even searched for homes on craigslist and other places for me.

this is my thank you log and its been a while since I have posted on it.

I have so many things to be thankful for since then last time I posted on here.

My partner and I have actually closed on two deals now and we are hopefully going to close on our 3rd come Tuesday.

I would like to say thank you to my wonderful Realtors, bob, Emily, and Kelli.
Thank you for all your support and patience with us. You have been invaluable.

Thank you to my Husband for being right there with me every step of the way.

Thank you to my amazing partner Dom:) he keeps me from getting every single program I see out there:) I must be an easy sell LOL! He also keeps my head on straight in those times I am a little frustrated.

Thank you so much to my father who is now getting involved and calls me everyday asking about the business. I hope I can help him succeed in doing this as well.

Thank you for my wonderful car that has been dependable and reliable keeping us on track for our viewings and appointments.

Thank you for my wonderful In laws who have been super amazing and tell us about any home they see that might be vacant or be a potential deal for us.

Thank you for all the amazing wholesalers in my area that I have been partnering up with.

Today I would like to say wow Thank you for such a wonderful learning experience. I found not one but two deals that were just wholesaler to a wholesaler to another wholesaler to me LOL. There are many of us out that and its a little bumpy when we run into each other with the best of intentions but not always open.

I know that so many of us have walls up to protect our interests in a deal but I would love to see more honesty from some of the people I come into contact with. So thank you for showing me the true path today. And wow what a heart racing ride. I am so happy and grateful that the people I work with are down to earth, honest and wonderful.

I have to say thank you to Michael, Lenee, John, My partner Dom, My good friend devin, and my wonderful husband Larry:) They have helped me in so many ways. They have also provided more opportunity than anything else:)

Thank you to my Daddy, Yes I said daddy I am a daddy's girl:) but he is working with me in this now and I am so excited, happy and overjoyed that we are working together in Real Estate.
