EDGE 2014 is in the record books! Were you a part of history? Or did you miss it?

This year was my second year. I loved every minute of it and gave me the boost to kick my business in gear this year. I did one deal this past year. I celebrate that victory but also recognize that if I made every day count (like you said in your session Joe), I really could have done more. It's sad how fear can derail us or stop us from so many things. We are 100% responsible for what we do or do not do. I spent half of the year after last EDGE's even getting everything set up but never making the calls. Or just taking action. Once I sucked it up and made those calls, my confidence was boosted and I got some stuff done!!

I'm super excited to be getting married to a guy who is kicking my butt in gear to make this business a success for us. We did our first deal together and I can't wait to do many more together. Thanks Joe for all of your inspiration and encouragement. It was just what I needed! Setting goals so that every day does count! I went home last night and started to do just that. Made a LinkedIN account, a updated DG account, and reviewed some notes. This morning I got on here to do some more work!

Again, thank you Joe for presenting and what you shared with us. You could keep that knowledge to yourself, but you choose to give it away to help others!

You are so enthusiastic that it's contagious. It's obvious you're passionate about ALL of us being successful. Thank you so much for the wisdom. I've committed to doing something with my business every day and I know this will propel me forward. See you and your family at EDGE 2015!

History in the making!!!!!!!!

It was so good seeing old and new friend at the Edge 2014. I really enjoyed talking real estate at lunch, break, the Friday meet and greet and the round table session on Saturday.

I want people to know that they can do this. Yes, you! Especially several of the ladies that came to speak to me. You can be successful in real estate and the EDGE has helped you create an action plan for that success. So do not be afraid! Do not feel like it is a man's real estate world! Real estate knows no boundries as anyone can make money that is determined.

Continue to learn and you will continue to grow! I look forward to hearing about those success stories.

This year was also my second year at THE EDGE so I really enjoyed seeing the new friends I made last year, this year. PLUS, I was more involved this year and participated more on camera so I am a part of the EDGE forever. Joe, you kept me in stitches. I almost can't decide which of your presentations was better, this year's or last year's pizza. They both drove the message home: Multiple lead sources and making offers on those leads! There's your secret to success!
Can't wait to see you again at the EDGE 2015 if not sooner. Just remember, Orlando is calling you and Stacey and the boys

Thanks for being such inspirations along the way. I was not able to go to the EDGE this year, but certainly want to be there next year. One of the nice thing about DG site is inspiration like yours. Another nice thing about the weekly wisdom on DG site is it is almost always up Sunday afternoon Pacific time so we can get an early look at Dean's inspiration and motivation. Thursday is the highlights of 2014 EDGE and I immediately signed up-early bird. Keep rocking my world you two. I want more from EVERYTHING IN LIFE and especially more from ME.

I like that, Stacey: Carpe Diem, indeed. Then there's the all time favorite "Believe and Achieve." Now that I am plugged into IE, I'm seeing a lot more of both of you. More's the pleasure.

Awesome presentation again Joe. We met at the Friday night event. I was telling about the transaction were the seller decided not to sell 1 week before settlement, if you remember. I appreciate the advice. I personally took away the estate segment and the scorecard. I look forward to being a trainer someday and making friends all over the country. I'm in for the duration, see you around.

As everybody else has already mentioned, The EDGE was an awesome experience. It was my first time attending and I've already booked for next year. I went there this year as a beginner with 0 deals under my belt and intend to return next year as a veteran with many deals done. Joe...your speech was one of the high points of the weekend. It took a much lighter tone than the other speakers, but still delivered the message that anybody can do this and make it work if they're willing to put the work in.

Hello Everyone,

Great post going on here. I think we all have THE EDGE when it comes to real estate because we belong to Deans group! Though I was not at this event I know we all want to be energized, focused, motivated, inspired all the time. Dean does so many thing to keep us all engaged and I hope everyone will always plug into whatever event is going on because it gives you the edge back when you need it most to make a difference in you investing. Thanks to all the instructions and mentors, for your hard work and participation during these events.

THE EDGE EVENT

I sometimes don’t think people realized how important they are to our economy and that thanks to all of our students, we’re doing our part getting the economy back to where it needs to be, let’s be honest most of the inventory that got purchased in the past couple years were through investors, and a lot of those homes were our homes, our students did them, we did them.

Dean’s program it’s Amazing, it starts with you… but at the end, it’s not just you, it becomes “us” it’s we as a whole… We have done great this past year and let’s do even better this coming up year, OUR ECONOMY NEEDS US, thanks students and Dean.
