I've seen it time and time again. The investors who succeed are those who drop everything to hustle after a hot deal. Those who fail prefer to sit around for two or three days to "think it over."
Which category do you fit into? If you're a "wait around" type, then I have some breaking news for you... That's why you're not buying properties. If a deal is truly a good deal, it'll be gone FAST.
So Don't wait! GET UP and move on real deals OR they WILL be gone FAST!

you are right and i have to get out of that mindset of thinking things over. i'm not one to just jump right in because i am a thinker brain, but that will just have to change. thanks for the reminder.

HOW IS EVERY ONE?
Just a little update --- got a property locked up on Monday. I'm working on several other, also. Spoke to 5 sellers on Monday, can't do a thing with either. Every one of them are in way over their heads, they owe more than they are worth.
Yesterday was working on my e-mails, buyer list, finding more investors, ghosts adds, phone calls......I am doing stuff.. sometimes, it feels like it's not enough.
You have to believe in yourself, make an effort ( and an offer)...TRUST yourself....and GO !!
I may not be as far as I wanted to be by now, BUT I WILL GET THERE !!

I'm living, breathing evidence of that! I did this for over a year... thinking it over. It doesn't pay...in more ways than one!!

This is just so true. I have been thinking ok I have 3 buyers one that needs to move ASAP has money but bad credit and I don't think he can get a home loan. So I have just been thinking on it for 3 days.
If only we could get more people to see the light.

Trust me on that! I think I've got just about everything else down, except minor realtor setbacks. I've got ca$h buyers ready & bird dogs going. Personally, I've come a long way since joining this site & interacting with everyone not only here, but on facebook ~ its great!
