AM I being Silly?

Seriously, Am I being silly?

I just went through the files of all the offers I've made in the past month and a half, to realize that I have signed 21 offers...

And it makes me ridiculously HAPPY! Laughing out loud
I can probably get another 4 out tonight to my realtor, he'll get me the paperwork tomorrow, and I'll turn it around as fast as I can print and sign it...
HECK, I could/should have that FIRST 25 done by Saturday! HEE!

Yeah, slower than I would like, when all is said an done, and I'm TRYING to get him to help me streamline this process... I'm also trying to get another realtor or two to work with in the area, so again, I can make things move a BIT faster.
Also working on the buyer's list, which seems to be a slog...
Anybody else have trouble with that? How do you get past the suspicion from Property Managers when you call on the "For Rent" ads, and yet you don't want to rent, you want to offer deals to the owners?

We have also found that one realtor is not good as they get swamped or feel overloaded by our multiple offers. We are using several and looking for more. No your not silly.

Just ask

It never hurts to ask. I used to be afraid to talk to property managers too. But then I looked and stared at the sign and said to my self the worst thing they can do is hang up. So I called and boldly asked "Hey actually I am not looking to rent, I wanted to know if the house was for sale?" Just like Matt larson says and that lead to us negotiating with the investor/homeowner.

Take a chance. Just ask!!!!! It doesn't hurt and you will be surprised when you push through all the rejection you will finally get what your looking for. : )

one more thing

I wanted to ad this and it is actually something that I just recently discovered my self.

Not only are you looking for motivated sellers.

You want MOTIVATED buyers too.

You want to work with people who want to work with you. You are doing them a service. You are making there life easier by bringing them the deal in a nice little package. You are not bothering anyone you are actually helping: ): ): ) Think on that it might help relieve some of the nervousness when calling landlords: )Keep that in your mind when calling them.

Just like if you found a flat screen tv you know is worth $1,000 and you saw it for $500 dollars. You would tell everyone right? So that's what your doing. Your going to be either solving there problem by buying the property or helping them by selling them property: )WIN WIN: )Smiling
