The steps I have taken are to stay away from webinar BS. They are just trying to sell you blue sky. Only $995 tonight and only tonight.
Stick with the basics that you do not understand yet. Learn how to evaluate properties. Real ARV and rehab/remodel costs. What is a deal that one of your buyers really want. ETC ETC.

Lol no you guys I think this one is legit. Most webinars are B.S but what makes this one different was the reviews it got. Not only did people say it was good advice but people actually applied it and got positive results from it. I cant find the webinar, but I did find the interview with him and Sean Terry. And I am going to stick with the basics, I just always like learning something new. But before you guys give y'all criticism I think y'all should at least hear what he got to say, it maybe beneficial for y'all. I don't want to post the interview on this thread if you guys aren't going to listen to it. So do you guys want to hear it or not?

They call him the king of Short Sales in Arizona. What usually takes months for a short sale transaction to close takes this guy under a month.

His name Code Sperber and his partner's name is Dana?

I don't mind learning new things, as long as they tell you up front HOW MUCH it costs and not leave you hanging until the end. When I hear new stuff from other gurus who THINK they know all, I take it with a grain of salt. Other than that, I wouldn't mind hearing it.

learn the basics first

I would recommend trying to apply DG's strategies first, get some deals done, and then branch out into learning new things...

Short sales are not easy; you don't deal with the owners, and you don't deal with the banks in most cases; somehow, you have to communicate to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, through a bank representative... too complicated and time consuming.

lots of fun and exciting r.e. investors' clubs and forums out there, many of which have free videos, webinars, you tube links (you tube is great!), blogs and content. Take what you like and incorporate with Dean's proven strategies! No need to pay for content!

Reverse short sales are difficult, at best. Your time is better spent drilling down on Dean's basics and reading viable top users' journals to avoid pitfalls. For instance, one top poster acknowledged an extremely lengthy extrication out of a hard money lender loan (close to a year - they don't call it hard money for nothing!). You can learn a lot here!

So go ahead and dig deep while on the treadmill, like me! Your hair might grow back! Ha!

Yea his name is Cody Sperber, so you know him. He gives a step by step process on how to do it for free. He charges 97 dollars (1 time fee) for being one of his students.

I would never pay for advice because theres too much free information out here, but in the interview he explains everything for free. For anybody who have a hard time closing on a short sale transactions I recommend for them to listen to this. Tell me what you think after
