Dean's Gain the EDGE Event

I'm here at the Buyers Summit in Las Vegas (at the Hard Rock Hotel) and it the last day!

The Dean G group of people treats everyone like "royalty".

The information and instructors are the very best (I'm in the speaking industry myself so I think I know a bit about that).

Also, Margie, the person who responded to my emails prior to the event was so clear with her communication; paperwork and left nothing out- maps, directions, air accomodations, etc. These people really know what they are doing, and they "ooze" integrity. They really want people to succeed.

I will be attending my first Edge Event in Vegas this month of August.

Can anyone give me some idea what to expect, what to wear, what to bring?

Are our nights free? Are there things to do around the hotel that we stay at?

Also, anyone want to meet and talk Real Estate with a newbie?

Hello DG family,
Here is something that really clicked for me at tonight's event that I hope will click for you too!

Dean shared a point with us about labor. While you are pregnant you go threw a lot of ups and downs and the toward the very end is when it's the toughest. You experience labor before birth and right when your at the most difficult time in labor you push threw. You push your hardest. then out of all that pushing comes something so amazing you get to finally see this amazing thing you get to see your result from that. In that
Moment it was all worth it. You made it and broke threw and you have this amazing result .

After viewing the 2011 & 2010 EDGE DVDs last year, I vowed to attend 2012 in person. It wasn't easy to fly across the country for only two days, but after only completing day 1...I can tell you that it was worth it already!
- I have learned a ton
- I've made new, "like minded" friends & potential business partners
- I've been building an action plan throughout the day to put what I am learning into practice as soon as I land in Virginia.

Dean mentioned a saying during his opening which I cannot get out of my head. To paraphrase, "The strategies to get you out of Egypt are not the strategies that will take you to the promise land." I'm changing my strategies to make it to the promise land! This is my biggest take away and motto for the remainder of the year.

Just Do It - The $$$ Will Come!!!

There are too many ideas to list. One of the ones i like most is to help other investors make money, per Dean's realtiy show.

We can do our own little reality show in Tulsa without the cameras! We can help our new investors lock up deals easily; now we have an easy way to show them how to get rid of it fast! Post bandit signs and craigslist: motivated seller, 3bd/2bth, must sell TODAY!! We are ready to pay it forward faster than the speed we are going pre-Edge 2012!!!

We didn’t know it back then, but four years ago this month, we started a new tradition at Dean Enterprises. We kicked off the first ever Gain the EDGE event in Scottsdale Arizona.

I remember sitting around the planning table with Dean and the entire team, brainstorming about what we wanted to create. We had some very specific criteria. We wanted to create an event that was so information packed that when people went home, they were fully prepared to start making money investing. We wanted to do something exclusive for our existing students.

I am so pumped to go to the Edge Event 2012 in AZ. The anticipation WOW !! So who's going?
