Dean's Gain the EDGE Event

Are there any other Canadians going to the EDGE event? We are really excited about going, and learning techniques we can use even in our strong RE market. Also want to learn about investing in the U.S., and any tax implications in buy and holds, but more so, flips.

Hi DG Family,

I'm looking to add a business partner onto my EDGE 2012 registration to reduce costs.

Between the early bird special and my DG forum discount, I believe admission would come to $1,560, so split between both of us that would be roughly $780 each, not including hotel. I am open to sharing a hotel room but that is not a requirement.

If you are already registered and haven't found a partner yet, perhaps you could give the DG staff a call - they might allow you to add me as your business partner. Then I could pay you my share of the cost.

If you'd like to discuss logistics further, please give me a call at your earliest convenience, as I believe the early bird special ends tonight at midnight.

Ok, I verified that there is trouble with that paypal account and paypal is looking into it, so this is the new paypal address to pay to: [email protected] . Remember to designate it as a 'gift'. OK, I want to say that I get such a thrill out of doing this contest and that reading the up and comers reminds me how I was in that position once myself. I will not forget how difficult it is to both get started in REI as well as how much dedication it takes to turn a negative profit business to profitable again. I NEED YOUR HELP!

I just have the following 3 Questions:

1) What/Where is the Conference Venue (exact address)? From reading posts, I only know it is in Arizona. But where exactly?

- So I know what airport to land into
- So I would know what hotel to check into
- So I would know which car rental to rent a car from (if necessary).

2) What time does the conference start on April 27, 2012, Friday?

- So I would know whether to buy a ticket to get into Arizona on the 26th or 27th
- So I would know whether to book a hotel for an extra night on the 26th
- So I would know whether to rent a car for an extra day (if necessary)

3) What time does the conference end on April 29, 2012, Sunday?

- So I would know whether to buy a ticket to leave Arizona on the 29th or 30th

Hello all!
I'm looking for someone to split certain expenses with, for the 2012 EDGE Event. I'm hoping to take advantage of the Early Bird Special with someone else who can pay half of that $1795 registration cost. Hotel room would be separate, unless you want to try and share, though I'll warn you, I snore. (Sorry!)

I'm hoping to get all registered by 1-30, or before that special goes away, whichever is sooner.
