Profit From Real Estate Right Now

Has anyone been able to listen to the entire ppcinterview? I just tried and it was cut off before the interviewee even got started.

I just finished "Profit From Real Estate Right Now!" and I am doing my due dilligence. I have contacted two attorneys to discuss the legality in Oregon. Today I bought some Bright orange paper so I can make up some flyers to attract buyers and when I get paid I am going to set up my pre-recorded message. I have two questions. First, will I be required to work under an LLC or some other business entity in order to legally pay taxes on my profits? ( I may just have to consult an attorney for this but any input would be appreciated ) Second, I understand that I get the "Purchase Agreement" signed and add and/or assignee after my name. Where is my profit? Do I simply lock up a price, get it sold for more, and the attorney will automatically pay the difference to me?

Does anyone know of any good websites for finding refinance loans for investors based on the real estate instead of your credit?

just recently watched Dean's video blog #127 where he talks about foreclosure comps is this something you need an agent to find for you or is there a website that would give you this info. thanks for your help!

me and my mom are trying to build capital, we've tried assignments but they don't work for my mom(difficult/greedy sellers) and its not like i can take over, being 16.... is there another way....to build capital, if so how?

Hello! I'm getting all of my documents/paperwork ready to tackle my first deal and I have a question about the Investor Disclosure Notice that Dean shows on p.155.

Specifically, it states (2nd paragraph of the document): "This sale shall be contingent upon the Investor finding a Buyer that shall qualify for financing according to accepted criteria of ___ and its funding sources."

How does a real estate broker get paid on an IEE where I use them to find the property? Once I get paid my equity my contract is dead. If the contract is negated and a new one put in its place, the broker could be cut out could they not. How do you protect against this?

I am new to all of this and was hoping that someone could tell me about their experiences with the mentoring program where someone helps you through your first five deals. I'm a little nervous about signing a contract for so much money without being able to read over the contract for a few days with my wife. Hoping to be the next succes story.
