Okay, I think I am going to like the updated DG! Seeing who is close to me from this site will be amazing. I am on IE, but think this will be better to see from here who is right by me. Thank you for such a great site Dean!

Once again the DG team does not disappoint. A student WW as well as the Radar and rapid answer page, such cool things to have available. How can we not succeed?

I am also an IE member and as such, I know the benefits of both sites. There's too much wisdom here in the old posts to not come back to read them for information as well as inspiration. There's so much on the IE site that helps us go faster and get our lives in order to not want to be a part of that as well. From the nightly live chats to the life coaching, the IE site has upped my game and brought me to the next level. Then there are all the tools on there as well. You've given us so much to use to succeed in RE as well as in life! I just have to say, Thank you Dean, for making this site as well as the IE site! I am a loyal follower for life!

So I didn't hear my name called for your phone. That's okay tho, you've given me the tools to be able to afford to go out and buy my own. I just have to decide which one now. lol

I feel that I have to say , once more, how great that clip of Louie CK was. At the EDGE as well as the WW. It was so spot on to the nature of things today. Yes, this site had it's problems during the upgrade. Yes, it was an inconvenience. Yes, it made us work a little harder for a few days/ weeks. BUT it was still here! We could still read through the posts. We could still use some of the resources. We could still get on here to gripe about it! Wasn't that enough to be grateful for? I say IT WAS!!!!! Enough said.

I'm looking forward to using the new upgrades.

This site has always been a special place for me; it's where I got started, where I built friendships with other amazing investors, and where I still come back to keep learning, or to lend a hand whenever I can.

I'm glad to see how it's been given an overdue makeover, and am excited to hear about more new things that are coming; I know that it will continue being a place where new investors will be able to learn so much, and hopefully experienced investors will continue coming back to share their knowledge!

By the Way....the Valuable Widsom (you gave at the Edge) regarding turning around and looking how far I have come and listing all of the Cool Stuff bout me has been awesome...every time I feel I am in a rut or feeling bad or been a difficult day I doo this!! In addition, I look at people who have it farrr more difficult than myself (ie in a no legs resulting from war... extreme example)and they have such a positive outlook so I say to myself what the heck is wrong with me I have nothing to complain about ...I have it sooo easy...

Although word do not do justice, I just want to say Thanks Again Dean and DG Fam for being that Guiding Light in my Life...

Thank you Dean, Your two sites are totally b...... when I saw one of your books in Barns and Nobel years ago I thought to myself gee not another one of those real estate guys.

If I had only bought your book sooner but I am fine with that because I am half way through it now.

I like to come to this site and dginsiderelite because of all the positive people and the knowledge of facts

I avoid negative people like Typhoid Mary and I come here where the positive people are.

when a person is positive and knows how to handle negative people then the money comes the business comes.

I love the new DG Radar/geo-mapper idea that Dean spoke about in this week's Weekly Wisdom...kudos to Dean and the DG team for coming up with this!

This weekend and today especially we take time to remember those who have left us and paid the price for our freedom. Additionally thinking of those who have been severely effected while providing service to our country. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Do not be discouraged, think positive forward thinking and take your troubles to the Lord in prayer. It is no secret what God can do.

I have bought other courses from trainers that I will not bother to name....all had good material and one had a good presentation however I just did not connect with them as I have with you. I have not done my first deal yet but things are lining up and I plan to start taking action within the next few weeks. We are putting a group together to collaborate on acquiring, rehabbing and flipping.....plus attacking the wholesaling strategy as you and Matt advise. Feeling very positive and progressing......

Things appear nicely streamlined to my eye. I enjoyed a few threads and I don't seem to get wandering off as much as I used to. Thank you for your continued attention to improvement. Appreciated.
