Dean, the wisdom of all of your students is really providing insight to do what they have done. I truly enjoy the cookies and coffee thought. I can see this going a long way and am also in the process of contacting commercial REAs to provide them with commercial deals myself. I so look forward to meet everyone on the weekend of April 26th.

In my area, there are plenty of buyers, and cash buyers at that. The problem is finding properties. Wholesalers just can not find properties.

I can't get the book because I'm using a library computer and it won't print the book. It would be nice if the book was available in a way that everyone could get the book.

Oh my that's a great tip about the title companies and RE agents who deal with REO's. I have 2 title companies I work with and I am going to do just that!!!!

yea Dean gaining momentum & making more offers & have 2 in escrow & am attending the Edge & VIP! To all i would recommend you go to the Edge or at least watch because it will change your life, it did mine.
