Totally new to REI. I've had Dean's books now for a couple of years and still haven't taken action. Whenever I feel like I'm ready to take that Leap, life sucks me back in. This is what I really want to do but I'm struggling with my confidence in my ability to make this work. "Do I know enough to get out there and mix with Real Estate Professionals", is one of the Main questions that I ask myself. I really need a coach/mentor. Someone to guide me, as well as, help hold me accountable. The Success Academy would be Great right now but I can't afford it at the moment. I WILL MAKE THIS HAPPEN THIS TIME, NO EXCUSES!
