1. Sanford/Fl. However our best housing market here is in Deltona/Fl. which is volusia county 5 miles away.

3. Within my area we have a lot of foreclose properties, bank owned properties and abandon properties also. Some will need a lot of work and some doesn't need as much. The square footage for these homes can range anywhere from 800sqft to 2500sqft.
As well as prices ranging from $25,000 to $75,000. The average home within our area can range from $35,000 to $100,000.

4. Average rent here is around $850 per month. But you may be lucky enough to find a few properties at $750 but can go as high as $1100.

Note: Brigantine is a small island made up of a mix of owner occupant and vacation homes. I feel there will be a strong resurgence in this market as the prices are now attainable for more propective buyers due to the price drop since the crash.
