Hi, again this is Fran Austin and i have been in the DG family for quite some time with still looking for my first deal! If there is anyone out there that is intrested in making some goood cash as an investor, i will do the looking, finding the great deal to either buy and flip, or buy rehab and flip. My investors take a look at my deals which i will provide all the background on the properties, comps, rehab cost and of course the potientel profits. You look it over and if it works for you we work out the splits on the profit. You provide the money and i do all the work. What do you think. Fran
