I started in Re after reading (all) Dean's books last year. Went to the EDGE event 2010 and was impressed by all of the "Real" people, willing to give you advice and help in any way. I curently have a decent job (same company for 30 years), but am looking to retire at the end of 2011. I enjoy RE and love to look for properties and determine repair costs. I have not done any deals at this time, but working through the success academy course (PMI). Currently only looking at properties in a few counties near by home. Using the county records search on line is priceless.
