Dean: Yes we allow our loved ones to hold us back from success, because we want their buy in, but if we don't have it we can NOT let that hold us back.

Hi Dean,

I believe everything you said is logical because it takes a person with a good mind, a will to achieve and very strong emotion for what they want to accomplish in their lifetime to succeed in it. I want to thank you for the Weekly Wisdom, you reminded me that no matter how many people may be doubtful of me, I will come out on top because I have the emotion and logical thinking on my side, who else would change their life for the better without thinking about how they can do it or moving to make it happen? No one but yourself, so you're right, I can do it and it's logical.

Real estate as been the way for prosperity for literally decades. Only recently although has it been accessible to the average individual. Dean Graziosi I think has revolutionized acquisition of real estate. Yes there has been past programs or methods such as Robert Allen's "No Money Down" or the Carlton Sheets video series but those fell way short because they still required things that most people did not have. Then cam Dean Graziosi with his system. Dean broke the door wide open to real estate so now anyone can get in it starting with bird dogging. Dean has a true no-money down and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get into real estate without learning rocket science.
Let's hit the road and go do deals.

Is REI logical? I always thought so, they're not making any more land! I was always hobbled by self doubt, naysayers and lack of cash. Have started reading your book 'Profit from Real Estate RIGHT NOW' and look forward to reading 'Totally Fulfilled'. Keep up the good work!

There couldn't be a better time to get into RE investing. I'm doing everything I can with the time and money that I have right now. You couldn't be more right Dean, 9 out of 10 self made millionaires have done it in Real Estate. With your help and the help of everyone at DG I plan to be part of that statistic.

Have missed some of your weekly wisdom messages, and do get them on emails, usually don't respond.
BUT. Trying to find PML for a deal, and had some support through PM on your site.
But sort of got down today, because of not having money down for even the PML. However, this person from this site, has good timing. Just telling myself not to let it get to me, there's more out there, and this person just called me regarding the PML.
Gave me some really good inspiration to even contact several of the doctors I worked with, and by the time we hung up, I started thinking of even other people with money that I know.
Then I thought I'd better get caught up on some of Deans weekly wisdom, and this really blew me away.
Thanks Dean and everyone on here for all the support we get....ALL of you are great!
Nothing wrong when we are working for a goal to get down at times, just get over it quick, like in a few minutes, then get back up and get going. People that are successful, all hit downs many times. But there's a difference between falling down and staying there, or just tripping and catching yourself, and keeping on.

Every time I watch one of your weekly wisdom blogs it gives me new motivation. I love the way you trigger my emotions to move to action.

My advice to everyone, stay on this site and keep watching and reading. Plug in!!!

I want to get started, but I still feel that I don't know how to tell if a property is a good deal. How do I learn that? I don't know what a particular house is worth, or how much I should be willing to pay for it, in order to make a profit.

This weekly wisdom could not come at a better time. I have been struggling with a large amount of criticism from friends and family here recently. I have just recently convinced my wife that I am not crazy and that real estate, even if you were just to study its history, is an excellent investment. You just have to know how to do it correctly. Your step by step training is fantastic and I can see why so many of your students are successful.

Real Estate is the logical decision. This is an investment that you can hold in your hand. This is an investment that you can influence the value and rate of return. This is an investment that you can do right now. This is an investment in YOU! Thank you Dean for the keys to a different future.

Hey what's going on Dean. I just wanted to thank you for every piece of knowledge you have shared since i've been a student here. Even though I haven't closed my first deal yet, I think everything is going to turn around for me. I plan to use every technique that i've learned.

That was very logical how you started from a humble beginning with a burning desire to put an oxygen mask on you, Once you took your sips, you started helping out and reaching out to everyone who were starving. This was your destination to change other peoples life and this techno, you are by far the best training on this planet that I know who has the support system in place. You are a true perfect example of RAGS to RICHES, You are what this America is all about!!!
