Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #184 - Logical Decisions

Dean, I have taken action. I'm working on getting the REA and the list of buyers. Also I found out California real estate laws are very strict.

No problem, I'm alone living in a room in CA, and I'm planning to move to Prescott,AZ soon. So I can continue my Real Estate life without interruptions. My Son is attending University in SF and is ok with my decision to move to AZ. (My son is not supportive of my real estate idea but he understands why I want to move).

I got off the subject a bit, getting back to taking action in real estate is logical because of your teaching, your books, and a lot of support from DG Academy, PMI and DG family forum. I have no other choice but to succeed!

Thanks for the inspiration. The only person stopping me from taking action is me. Whether it's fear or not being much of a risk taker, i don't know, but I do know one thing, if I don't do something now I will regret it the rest of my life. So, I'm going to step out of my comfort zone and step out in faith. Lord help me!

My husband got your pack of books from a TV ad. I've read them all - he's not finished yet. I've found myself quoting "In Dean's book "How to Be a Real Estate Millionaire", he told a story about how his friends thought he was crazy paying $40K for what appeared to be swampland - but he was the only one who followed though with the due diligence and actually explored the chunk of land. That extra action brought mega bucks in the end!". The message came through loud and clear!

That's the kind of inspiration in action I want to keep hearing. Many TALK good stories - but it's the entire message of experience that speaks the loudest. You speak it and write it!

Keep "speaking loudly Dean!" Tell us the WHOLE story.

Yes what you said is logical, but here is a problem. I have been successful since age 19 and now will be 67 in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately all I had built up over the years well in the last year has gone down the drain due to an investment I made.

I tried talking to your Success Academy, but when they heard I had very little money left, they basically said thank you and good bye. I did not feel good after that call. I have enough financial problems going on and that was not a good or LOGICAL experience for me when speaking with your Success Academy. I want to get ahead, I like Real Estate, but need help, but basically was turned away due to lack of funds and now I am about to loose my house and possibly everything else. Now is that logical after 48 years of hard work?

The investment I made was in a company I ran for 12.5 years successfully, but when I left the new management ran it into the ground and why I am in such bad shape. With no family and no one to help, I guess my Logic went out the window.

Anyway, I watch your blogs every Monday and very inspiring, but sometimes as logical as they are and when someone basically goes broke at my age, well where is the logic in that?

You are great and why I watch you all the time, but when I spoke to the Success Academy I got turned away when I need help more now than ever before.

Do not mean to be a downer, so regardless of the above, keep up the great work you are doing for so many others...Laspen

Every bit of infomation you've said is true. I recently started the blueprint course and I love it. I don't have a buyers list yet, but i'm working on a possible. I've been doubted my entire life because of others failure to change there lives, I love my parents very much and knew they were going to knock down my dream of becoming successful in real estate. I'm going to prove them and others wrong with the techniques I've learned and still learning. Thanks for the extra push and motivation I need to keep going because I'm starting to see the light at the end of my tunnel.
