Hello Dean,
Thank you for an inspiring and upbeat lesson today. Your scarcity vs. abundance reminds me of a mural that was painted in a doughnut shop which has been torn down a long time ago. There were 2 men in medieval garb. One was thin and sad, and he was looking at a doughnut with an enormous hole. The other was plump and happy and smiling looking at a doughnut that was plump like he was and a very small hole. The poem written was "as you got through life brother, whatever be your goal, keep your eye upon the doughnut and not upon the hole" - your weekly lessons of wisdom are truly great, and I try not to miss any of them.

Hey Dean,

Right on the money like usual. We are in the abundance catagory as we speak. Just counter offered on our first sell and things are looking good. Currently on our 3rd flip and close on two more this month.
Another thing you were right on is the workload of a real estate investor, I am currently looking for ways to get some time to breath, exciting though!

"Life" never stops happening. It's how we choose to respond to life. There is always negative 'junk' but I feel it's what we go THROUGH that makes us over-comers!
Our reality is only our perception of it right!?!

I absolutely agree! I am a firm believer in dreams, visualizing those dreams, having dreams, putting efforts into practically tasting, touching, smelling those dreams! I think we have to see it in our minds eye before we will ever actually see it manifested. Believing is seeing!

Also, I strongly feel as equally important is protecting those dreams. I call it protecting my mind, protecting my time. That we should be extremely careful what we read, listen to and most importantly who we allow to be in our inner circle. If they aren't positive, if we don't get in agreement and speak faith and encouragement into each others lives; they will be speaking negative. Those negative people are someone that I have to 'love' from afar. We will have to cut some people out. We simply will out grow some people.
(removing people is something I believe also to be scriptural Mark Ch 5 (5:36-43) He kept his inner small and carefully selected. Then even Jesus asked the mockers to leave! We should do the same.

Freedom isn't free! There will always be a price to pay. Sometimes even the price of death! Yet sometimes the death needs to be within our own selves. What you have been doesn't have to hinder what we CAN be. Every morning we get to start afresh! It all begins with a desire, a belief and with a decision!

Thank you and it is another good reminder to mind our mindset! As you say "our reality is what we make it (believe it) be".

Since I'm thinking of mindset. Dean, would be consider posting a recommended reading list that you have read and think would be beneficial to us. If you could get Matt's input that would be greatly appreciated as well. I really look up to you guys.

Good lesson today, thank you for your continue support, I finally went and join a real estate investment club last week. Set in that meeting and received information that was so valuable, I must do this, something got to give. Will now look at the properties you mention below.

I Love positiveness & this week video was one of my favorite. Everything i believe in. Thanks Dean!!

This was such a good lesson that more people should hear it, and not just those in real estate.

I think I can jump into one of these deals with the %50 financing & possibily borrowing on my retirement account for the other 50%. but I'm not sure on how to borrow aginst my retirement account? any Ideas?

This is my year to change my life, take charge and change it--I've also just went to a class today in Wakefield mass, and signed up for your programs for the 3 day event and Tax Lien Webinar etc.. in Newton mass,this is a Leap of Faith for me and a huge milestone to do something different and out of the Box. I hope that we can meet someday and I 'could' Shake you Hand. This would be an honor..I hope that you can change my life,thinking,and Dreams!

DEAN, Since the first book I read and joining your success academy ABUNDANCE is all I see. Opportunity is all around us. It's there but you have to be in the right mindset to SEE IT!! this Dg atmosphere is is TOTAL ABUNDANCE and I Only DREAMED about it before 2.5 yrs ago. NOW I am LIVING it !!!!

Hi Dean,

I was blown away! Nothing like a dose of reality to get us going! I have decided to really go forward with my life. Though I am still a bit cautious, I am getting there. I got the name of a lawyer who will be opening his practice where I live. I also got information about the Real Estate places in my area. Next, I need to tackle the banks to form my buyers' list. I am going to do a few things you told us to do in the way you said to get them done. I finally got the message! Get up and go! Thank you so much! Over this March break, I got to thinking about my life. My landlord may be ready to sell in two months. I want to be the one to buy. Right now, I am ready to get into real estate more than ever! Who knows, I may be able to see you in May!
