I don't get on the website as often as I would like to, but each time I do read something or watch your blog I feel a little more motivated than before I watched or read. Keep me in your prayers because I know I can succeed at this.

After coming back after 8 months of treatments and PT, to the DG Family is just what the doctor ordered. A healthy dose of positive people and successful people!!!!

This actually got me thinking about how this site has been as much a support group as it is a place to go for answers to our questions. I know we are all aware of it but I don't get on here as much as I used to. When I do get on this site it's now more apparent to me the way I feel when I log off vs. when I logged on. This message of yours really helps to expose why this place and this family have that effect.

You're right I always feel really awesome and humbled when I'm around all the people I have met since joining the program. I usually feel embarrassed or don't feel like I have anything important to say so I don't post much but I want to be a part of the group so I will make an effort to be. I just want to say I'm proud of my girlfriend and I for all that we have done in the last year as far as pursuing a brighter future. We have yet to make a deal but we are waiting for a bank account to be setup and then we are going to EXPLODE with ACTION!! Our goal is to submit 75 offers a month primarily with Realtors and supplemented with other strategies like bandit signs, calling banks, and online sites. Even with all the negative things we've heard about the Las Vegas Market like banks are being tight and demanding deed restrictions and all the FSBO's are investors trying to sell their houses and don't have any margin left for me to flip. We don't care. We are ready to make it happen. Wish us luck!

just words to say for anybody whos trying.Don't stop keep going like Dean said a little something done everyday will soon pay off.I believe that and i must keep pushing.Don't stop.I'm sure i am talking to my self for sure but maybe someone else needs to keep pushing also.I am broke and owe but its going to happen.Love to all the family and thanks again Dean for all i am doing.I've come to far to turn around.

Thank you Dean. You are abosuletely correct. I lost my mom on Nevember 13,2011, and shame on me for not taking action to get her home sooner. She was staying at a nursing home to get 24-7 care. Financially I could not do it at home. I did for a while, but it got too much. I know if I would have taken aggresive action, I know I would have gotten her home. I'm not stating this for sympathy, but I want to clarify that we all need to take action and reach our goals. Don't let negativity and unlike-minded people keeps us negative. That is what happened to me. Your videos or more than motivational for me, they are a way of thinking. Thank you again. Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving!

Hey Dean,

This is awesome. It is like you have a camera in my house...LOL. Just this past week. Sick kids,up alnight with sick baby, flu bug myself,working 13 hours aday in ICU... frustrated after 8 hours of working for a buyer, then to have him cancel our appt for today & forever.His partners are not interested. Hubby too busy to help.
Feeling like this is a bigger bite then I am skilled enough to handle properly, as I am learning...
Long story short...above everything, I agree that DG family & friends is manadtory for my day as much as my daily bible devotions to keep my mind & heart focused on the right direction. Thanks again Dean and Everyone for sharing all the great posts! :0)

And its not just about networking to make deals happen....its also about really listening to one another and helping each other out, just like we would for our own family and friends. Going to look at properties this coming Saturday. The time is now. A little scared, but.....!

Like it love it! It really is a TODAY thing! What have I done or what am I going to do TODAY? We can't do anything about what we didn't do yesterday (it's gone)and tomorrow-can't do something that's not here yet (except plan for it). I like that concept of doing 1 or 2 or more somethings today and giving myself a pat!
As I think about how I've progressed so far -I've done lots of what we've been taught and feel pretty confident -EXCEPT-finding cash buyers! I found one solid one- I'll try for more the same way I got the one. I think I talk myself out by thinking, who has that kind of money? In answer to myself-"a CASH BUYER," Who else? Likeminded thinkers.
So again -thanks so much for your energy and conviction that we can do this!

My wife and I are really Bless to be part of this group of people. We are working really hard to build our business credit, we are studing with DG accademy, we have done local seminars, we are reading the books, we are giving all we got to this dream, We have the blessing to understand that will be difficul but we know is going to work, We know that God will keep open the doors. Some times we feel like we want to burn all the books and all we have put together upto today, But we know our time is comming, is just matter of seconds, before was months, now is just seconds and we know that our first deal is just around the corner, thank you Dean for all your help, support and ideas.....
