I was reviewing the materials last Friday and when I read the part about driving around some neighborhoods looking for potential properties, I realized I had forgotten a lead given to me by a friend. I drove out there, looked at the property, took some photos and left. Just two doors down across the street was another property in worse shape, empty. I repeated the procedure then thought I should just check out the rest of this tract. I did and I found eight more properties that looked promising. I was astounded there could be so many in this one tract. It's not a bad tract either. Needless to say I am really encouraged even at this starting point. Today I'm doing my due diligence with the information I have.

Hey Dean, I've got to tell you that your words of encouragement really help. I just lost my job a couple of weeks ago and now procrastination is not an option for me. Sink or swim in jumping in both feet at once. Please keep up the encouragement because now I definately am going to the DG website everyday. Thanks again and I promise you that you will get to recognize my name as one of your success students, sooner rather than later.

Wow I don't know how many hours it took but let me say this was truly one fantastic event. I only wished that I was there. Joe & Stacy, Mat Larson, my Success Acadamy mentor Nate Street, Carol, Lorina all of you were just amazing. Not to forget you Dean but the speakers were all right on. I will be there for the next one!! My action plan is set I know what I will do, and I look forward to my trip to Utah next month for additional training with the Success Academy Team.
