For YEARS now, I have bought Dean's courses/books (studied them) ... but have done nothing! Well, Time's Up! "NUFF SAID, TIME TO DO !!" TIME TO TAKE ACTION !!!

It's AUGUST 2010, and I have just "scrapped & sacrificed" ...NO ! ... just "scrapped & INVESTED" in CHANGING MY LIFE SIGNIFICANTLY FOR THE BETTER ... by joining Dean's Set-For-Life (SFL) Program via the Installment Option. I don't know right now HOW I'm going to make the remaining 4(four) payments. BUT By FAITH, and GOD's Grace & Mercy, I WILL GET IT DONE !!

I live in Durham, North Carolina, which is right in what's called The RESEARCH TRIANGLE AREA (Raleigh, Durham, & Chapel Hill). At this time, I am REALLY DIGGING INTO the bountiful DG material & resources. SOON, I will TRY MY FIRST DEAL (of many successful ones, I PRAY).

Way to go Micheal. I am an avid contest participant and this one gave me the greatest thrill. If I would have won I might have convinced my wife to help me with this endeavor for retirement. I have gotten past the first step with her and she at least read the first book I purchased. I would really like for her to join in the enthusiasm that everyone has at this web site. Congratulations Mike. Take a video camera with you and tape everything! This is a once in a lifetime thing enjoy it to the fullest. More importantly though, learn as much as you can. If you feel like it, you could always share the experience with the rest of us via the tape. Again, congrats and soak it all in.

Way to go Mike, remember to return Dean's car before midnight or it'll turn back into a pumpkin LOL. All kidding aside...even though this was a random event we all know it's a chance to Dean's brain and gather more information. A golden opportunity and great (hot & dry) weather in Arizona so enjoy! Hey Dean Thanks Again for the Great Info! Maybe my light bulb is starting to light up especially with the chapters on reading the market - Excellent!

Thank you for another great weekly video blog. Congratulations to Michael for winning the keys to your treasures!

I must say I feel a renewed energy on DG.com. I just sense that the whole build-up to releasing the Set for Life System, the videos, the emails, and its ultimate release were like a breath of fresh air. The SFL System is certain to become the Cadillac of all Real Estate Investing tools and it’s an amazing thing to witness. What I find fascinating about this is I feel the energy surge is from all directions, regardless of who has the SFL System and who doesn’t. I expect those of us that couldn’t get SFL will work harder with the books and, consequently, have the potential to do better than they might have without the extra motivation. In order to reach that level of financial security that we all desire, we must focus, maintain a positive attitude, have faith in our abilities, believe that we have what it takes to succeed, and never, ever give up. The great part of it is that we have three handbooks of step-by-step instructions on how to invest in real estate.

As the saying goes, “If you believe you’re a success, you are. If you believe you’re a failure, you are.”

Thanks for the inspiration! It's encouraging to know that we can be successful at whatever level we are at. And the tools are simply a faster way of getting part of the job done but are not essential to success.
