Currently trying to wholesale for quick cash as I work for my county's public school system and I am unemployed for the summer. I just sent out about 400 postcards and hope to get some response. No cash left for marketing so I'll need to try calling fsbo's next.

Currently, have a couple of rentals. Am definately in for wholesaling, could use some quick cash to clear-up obligations and further invest in properties.

I know people can change, and I know we can all succeed, its a shame more don't fulfill their dream.
