Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #102 -

I'm new at all of this, but I'm working to put together my Buyers List, and I'm looking at and finding some great deals. (Many deals at 40-50% below FMV!--according to Zillow) I would be very interested in private money funding for the great deals that are in my area! Count me in!

I am excited to see your new program for helping students find properties. The biggest roadblock for new students is finding and closing on that "FIRST" deal. This program should help many many students move forward with building their Real Estate business!!!

wow I am so excited about your new idea for helping new people get started. I actually found a good deal in your neck of the woods (Scottsdale) and just don't quite get (yet) how to fund it. I've gotta act fast though or it will be gone........thanks for all you do for students!

Thanks for all you do.
This just may be what us "Problem getting started" people need. I have been trying to get a handle on the Florida market (both where I live and where I used to live) and I get so many different answers that I've become frustrated. I think I find deals but can't turn on my buyers. I can't afford the wrong move and I can't afford a no move. Maybe somebody in the DG family can point me in the right direction.
The good news is that I have a contract for my Mom's house down in Miami. Plan to close on 11/30. The bad news is now I don't have a free place to stay while looking for properties down there. LOL
So if anyone knows about properties in the Polk County, FL area, please let me know.

I've finally got my comp back from shop and had a chance to catch up on some of what I have been missing.

All I want to know is How do I participate? and are we talking about you guys funding for quick turns or doing that private investor thing or selling me a house to hold? If you'll lay out the parameters for me It would help my understanding what i need to do.

I'm a trucker; so, it's hard to get boots on the ground belly to belly with people i need to talk to soooo trouble finding buyers but what you and matt talked about in audio blog stirred my blood to a boil!

My Son and family, are my partners so if i can help them catch the vision and get our first couple of deals done I'll be able to get off the truck and become "semi-retired"! (Feel free to groan)LOL

I do hope you will get back with me as I'm hoping this new program will be the break through my family needs. We've been starting in fits and starts right now but I think we can make a great field of dreams with a little help from our DG Friends!!! Sincerely Yours, Jon Purple

I am constantly amazed at how you never stop thinking about us, Dean.

Obviously, I am VERY interested, and I'll tell you why. I live in Suffolk County, NY, one of the most expensive counties in the country. While the median household is about the same as the rest of the state, the cost of living index (2009) is about 45% higher than the rest of the state. The average selling price of a 3br /2bth home has fallen to about 240K. What has happened out here is, too many people are under water having re-financed 2, 3 or 4 years ago.

Here's a typical example:
I went out to see a home, larger than average, very desirable neighborhood, corner lot, that is in pre-foreclosure. The owner is into the bank for 360K and the bank is open to a short sale somewhere about 250K. Problem is, the house needs about 100K in rehab. Siding, roof, furnace and interior updating.

I offered 99K. They are still laughing but, meanwhile, the house is still available.

Getting back to your message, I am DEFINATELY looking for info on how to find and close deals in other states.
