Dean, my problems, for years, is existing in poverty... though I have attempted to gain wealth through real estate by purchasing one "sure" course or another... I found that every single one promotes a comprehensive technique that is almost fool-proof... yet my experience has been that within a few weeks of getting the course/book I am invited to joing a "fast-track" to success group that requires a mere 2 to 4 thousand dollars...

...when I first saw you in the info-mercial I thought that this time it might be different since you seemed so sincere and reved up (energized)... still, within weeks I got the offer!

I still have no money... how can your "NEW" program help me?

Its great being a member of DG and team etc. Dean its always interesting in what you come up with next! Members like myself know that your always cooking something new up for us, never a dull moment to wait and see whats going to be served up next! In the mean time I'll stay busy and try to be patient.

Thats just what we need, your help with fiancing and helping to get that first deal done. Great brainstorming let me know when you get a bank to help all your students with at lease 1 deal.

I have been able to find the right properties at the right price; but as a new investor have found it hard to obtain funding, or I should say reasonable funding.I'm sure I am not alone on this.It would be great if there was someone like Dean would could put together some kind of program for the beginning investor to be able to get short term funding when they find a great investment.Looking forward to see what you've come up with.Thanks

Dean, this sounds really exciting! It would be great to have some Dean-approved deals to invest in. I am studying, but find that I have yet to have the courage to actually buy a property. This could be a way for me and others to get our feet wet, and benefit everyone at the same time. I am very excited to hear more about this. Thanks so much for all you do for us!

When i seen matt's 5 year note something hit me and gave me the power to think I could do this. I'm ready to get started, but don't know where to start. thanks goes out to dean and matt

I have many years of RIE experience 1999-2004 and 2009 to current, I was right hand man for a person that did over 200 property’s I did everything only thing I lack is the paperwork knowledge and funding. 2005-2009 I owned a pizza shop. I know how to determine if a property is a money maker, I have also recently purchased a duplex at our tax lien auction, I have attended many tax lien auctions again I need funding. I have just quit working for him and I am looking for funding my credit is NOT terrible I only owe about $800 in medical bills but I have no credit cards / positive credit history etc. so I must start to build it as soon as I find funding. My plan is to buy at tax liens/very low obviously, rent then sell when market returns. I am versed on mostly all of the other way to make money in real estate being a landlord etc. I have a JC and all the electricians plumbers etc. that I need to sign off for me CHEEP if need be, I have all the experience to do ALL of the work myself and no one is capable of ripping me off. So if you have any Ideas/lenders please let me know.
