Hi, Dean, I look forward to hearing the details - I have many huge ideas and opportunities overwhelming me partly because of funding needs, partly because I'm still figuring out how and whether my ideas fit together with your program. I need backers who share my vision for this area who will not exploit it, but help with it. It is a vision still in the making, quite the web. Perhaps your help with funding deals would be the jump start needed. I'm also cautious because of the legal liabilities I imagine are part of real estate deals. I've done enough of being the fool running full steam ahead into places angels fear to tread.

I still have the desire but my drive is fading!

Sounds like something I would like to learn more about. I live in the Lake of the Ozarks area of Missouri. I know there are amazing deals in my area on all kinds of homes even lake homes in the million dollar range going for going for pennies on the dollar. So the more I can learn from you the faster I can own one of these homes and flip the rest. Thank you for opening the gate so I can get on this ride.

Hope someone comes up with some contacts for money as I know where a lot of deals are but due to credit card debt after losing a huge investment due to no fault of my own but going into a group that did not have control, I have no credit to get homes, so I need backers. I used to be almost a millionaire, but now crawling out of the hole.
