This week, a stuffy nosed Dean has a challenge for you that is going to put a big smile on your face.
Bigger even than the $100 gift from last week.
If you've been following the blogs the last few weeks and taking on the challenges, this week is going to be a welcomed relief for you. Watch and see!
Taking the Time to Appreciate Time
Dean,
The timeliness of your video blog topics is amazing. You are very tuned-in to the members of the DG community. I always appreciate the sincerity and thoughtfulness you put into your message each week. My wife and I just had a conversation yesterday about doing something simple that we love and have not done for some time. We've always loved bonfires on the beach this time of year, so that is what we are going to do this evening. Taking the time to remind ourselves why we work so hard for success is definitely one of the keys to achieving it. Thank you!
Shawn
Dean,
Thanks for another great video blog! I often use to think that how could we handle yet another busy thing in our life. However, real estate investing has allowed us to handle more things than we thought but also do be able to spend some time having fun too. It is always nice to make time to do things we enjoy in life. Thanks for helping so many with real estate investing and also reminding us to remember to enjoy the journey along the way. Perfect timing Dean, that is what my husband said to me yesterday. We need to do something we liked but hadn't gotten around to do again, for months.
Thankyou again Dean.
Theresa M.
Thanks
I really do have to stop and smell the roses. I haven't been taking any time for me. Just work. I have always found that after a break, the brain works much better and ideas seem to come more easily. Take care of your cold.
Thank Dean
Great Ideal, I love working in my yard I it some great ideal play in the dirt.

Time to Live!
Dean,
What a great idea, take time to live! Not just rush through life like a non-stop flight. Taking the time to live requires discipline and determination, just like real estate.
We so often forget the things that are truly important in life, a connection with God, relationships with family and friends, and time for ourselves.
It's a well disciplined, and determined person that can manage all of that and a job. The secret is figuring out how to keep the tasks of life from getting in the way. If there's anyone out there that's got a handle on this, pleeeeeze let me know how you manage it.
Dean, I hope you feel better real soon, thanks for your time. God Bless All! Myra
Thanks
Dean, thanks for you continued leadership and direction. I'm going to do just that. I'm going to do a couple of things that I enjoy, but haven't done in a long time. I deserve it!
keep on moving
Dean you are the man. Every week I look forward to your words of wisdom and great attitude. Thanks again and your efforts really matter to many of us. I will admit I'm a bit selfish and try to do this all the time(haha)... but it's always great to be reminded. Sometimes we overlook the most precious things in our lives, our friends, family, and just life's simple pleasures. Thanks again friend, and I didn't notice you had a stuffy nose, you sound good for being a lil sick!
Hard to do but needed....
I need to take this advice, Dean. I've never been so stressed in my life than I am right now. Financially, real estate just isn't working for us. We've put everything we have into this (financially and time wise). We just got a $900 bill from our real estate lawyer just for drawing up contracts. No idea how I'm going to pay that one. It is so hard to enjoy the simple things, when you are so worried about the future. I have done everything in your books, signed up for the SFL, and we have been working our tails off, to no avail. Nothing is working here, and I am beyond frustrated. Definitely not hearing the birds chirping right now....
This weeks blog
Thanks Dean, All of us are always trying to do everything we can and shoving too much into our day. Its a good idea to just take a deep breath and do something for ourselves.
Take Care of yourself..
Debbie
it feels great!
Its been a great couple of last weeks. I have found alot more than I expected. I have found a burning desire to get out there and help people. I have always had it, its just been supressed by all this negativity that I didnt realize was around me. I knew something was wrong, n its no excuse but thats what was going on. I started going to this bible talk about 3 weeks ago, I went there with an open mind and open heart. What I got out of it was truly amazing. I had found someone that is in the process of owning his house free and clear after he tried to get a loan mod after missing no payments previously and got denied.
Only then did he stop making mortgage payments. Why would he do something like that you may ask, well he did some extensive research and what he had uncovered will change history forever. This all after I had discovered "mortgage fraud" all ties together, he is now helping another friend of mine that was in foreclosure start the process of owning her house free and clear. NO MORE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS! I dont know how, what, or why this is happening but I believ that with this knowledge that is being aquired, I can help far more people that I could have ever imagined.
Thank you sooooo much Dean,
With out your blogs, i probly would have continued on my daily routine, talking all this negative news and things going on around me. I am blessed by god to be able to know you even on a "blogging" level. Thank you.
Daniel Dias

The art of giving....
Dean,
What brings me back to your blog every week?
Your heart, and the spirit with which you weekly make an investment in my life by sharing a piece of your life with me. You never fail to challenge me to do something to change, change which will make my life better.
Real Estate Sales is not what drives you, people and making a difference in their lives does. That is what you communicate weekly, that is why I continue to come back for more.
Thanks for the voice of clarity you bring to my life.
God Bless You!
we appreciate you
I think this is a great blog ,all your blogs are great dean, but this one is special. Me myself I study to hard,Ithink I need a break so I can evaulate my game plan.I havent made a deal yet but it is in the making, you will be the first to know. May god bless you and your family.

Short-break
Dean, you have a true sense of when it's time to sit a moment. I really was thinking the same thing. My focus is charged with clarity and direction now. I've just moved into my place and I can tell you that I've never be able to focus the way that I'm able to now. I really look forward to all of the training you have to offer. Again, this is the most truthful organization I have ever been privilaged to be apart of ever. Thanks Dean for keeping it true. Dirk
When was the last time you did some thing for the first time?
Aloha Dean, Love this weeks blog and I totally agree that most of us get caught in the daily routine and forget how to live life.
I have many activities thatI absolutely love and I keep doing them over and over again and I will continue to do so till I have nothing left and that my friend is one of the key factors in staying and feeling young and living life as I think it should be "to the max"
I woulf like to thank yopu from the bottom of my heart for the inspirational blogs you post every week and I would love to meet you one day and say "thank you" even though I am yet to do my first real deal I have lots of options on the tabl right now and I want them all lol.
Aloha & Mahalo,
Andrew Ellison.
Taking A Break
Dean,
As others have said, you are really in tune with what frame of mind we are in at any given point. That shows us you are truly in the "people business". For me, that goes a VERY long way!
Even though I didn't get a lot done in RE this past week; I did have a GREAT meeting with my Realtor. She is on board now and we just have to put our plan in place...looks like we'll be an awesome team. I do plan to finish reading YTYREP this week, though.
I too am suffering from info overload and the break will be more than welcomed. My brother in law just moved out this week so now my wife and I can look forward to chillaxing together!!! Can't wait.
Until next week...
Thanks Dean!
Great Challenge this week. Sometimes we forget what is really important with everything going on in our lives...work...family...this business...etc, etc. What is really important?
Get out there and take action!
I think back, a year ago I had never heard of Dean Graziosi??? But my wife & I were away celebrating our anniversary in beautiful New Hampshire. I had all but given up on my dream to start a real estate investing business. We are getting ready to head home after a wonderful weekend....and there you are.
As many people will say. There was something different about you, you seemed to be speaking directly to me, and you seemed so real. I bought your book, and the rest is history.
I had hoped that by this time, I would be a lot further along, but I have 3 more deals done than I did a year ago, and working on number 4!
Thanks for all you do!
Chris
Challenge for this week
It's interesting to note that what you have to say each week is usually just what I need. There are so many things I could think of that I like to do, but I'm just really tired, so I think this week I'm just 'not going to worry'. I'm going to fill my life with good thoughts and thoroughly enjoy everyone and everything around me. Then I'll be refreshed and ready to start my crazy schedule again. Thanks, Dean, for reminding us to stop and take care of ourselves.
Rest
Thank you Dean for reminding me.
Matthew 11:28 says, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. I claimed that and gave myself time to read the word. It put peace within me and I felt refreshed. I also went to the zoo with my sister and grandson. What a beautiful day! Thanks,
Vangie
Challenge
Thank you Dean. Been there huh? I appreciate your insight as to what many of us are going through. I'm sure you were uncertain, scared, and overwhelmed a time or two. I've read so many things but the bottom line is if you quit, you won't win.
Your bogs break it down and bring it back into reasonable bites. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
glitch?
Hey it's me, Wendy/Willow! LOL Somehow my Thank you post was put under jools name.

Blog #101
Hi Dean
It sounds like a good idea to take a break but my family and I am not in a position right now to do so. We are struggling financially and I am having a hard time implementing the correct technique for my situation. I do not have the funds to drive around and look at properties or purchase banner signs at this time, I need to be able to locate buyers and sellers online the way Carol Stinson has done. I have placed various ads on craigslist but have not had any response. I live here in Gilbert, AZ.. At this time I feel kind of lost and do not want to miss the opportunity that this current real estate market has to offer right now.
Help needed!!!!!!

About that $100 gift last week...
Hi Dean! I tried to use that gift toward the outstanding contract I have with you on my monthly coaching fees & never heard from anyone on getting a $100 off last month...
Oh well...Leland Roth Minneapolis, Minnesota
Your timing is great!
It just so happens that Sunday was my 2nd anniversary. I took my wife out to dinner and then to see a movie. I surprised her with tickets to see a show in New Orleans on a day that I'll be taking off from work.
Rest and relaxation was just what the Dr ordered.
Of course Monday was right back to work on my REI business and back to studying for my wife, but we really needed the break and so this blog was exactly spot on!
Happy Halloween Dean!
Rick
Sorry I'm late.
Great Blog dean! Unfortunately…. I started on this challenge before you posted it, yep, my idea first!
I’ve been dragging a-bit in the action department and, and need to get moving. While the rest of you are taking a breather, I’m going to try that thing called WORK.
I didn’t realize you read all these postings. This is very encouraging to me. I feel like your sitting here next to me, saying, “don’t let all that negative crap get you down”. (I need the pos re-enforcement on a daily basis).
Thank you Dean. Make sure to take that break your self, so you don’t burn out.
Gratitude
Dean,
Thank you so very much!
I hope your stuffy nose is no longer stuffy.
I purchased your book (and a few up-sales ) this weekend, I haven't even finished my bio, etc. This is my first weekly video blog. And, I must say that this is exactly what I am doing this week. I've been planning on spending 3 days on a mini vacation in Portland, OR with my best friend (of 27+ years). It's awesome to connect here and see that I'm already resonating with you & the community.
Again, thank you and thank you to my new community for being here.
To Our Continued Success,
Kerrie
