What would it take to put together a group of investers that would pool their money to buy an investment like this. Could it be done with an LLC? If each investor received a percentage of ownership equal to the amount they invested, then sold the properties individually and divided the proceeds acording to ownership percentage. Anyone know how to make this work?

Proof of Funds Letter
If I have a Proof of Funds Letter from Costal Funding, which is just a letter and not the actual money, where does the actual money come from? I don't understand how this is done.

The letter would apply depending on the type of transaction you are presenting. If you are looking to flip then you will need the funding from Coastal Funding for a fee for one day for a cash buyer. D&B Credit
Did anyone have to pay a fee for establishing a D&B credit history for their business? I just had my first interview with them and I was told that I needed to pay $329 to establish. I have excellent personal credit and already have 3 major credit cards in the business name.

Wow I was not charged anything for setting up my D&B or my CCR account for my LLC which makes me wonder if i did it correctly. I have had my account going on one year so far and no charges.
One problem I am having is getting credit established who did you use for your credit cards?
